When I first came on board in Dec of 2020, the amount of information that I received was minimum, yet "I saw the vision". The COBACH Nogales College Preparatory School is a 1,500-student school that is part of the COBACH Sonora College Prep system of seventeen COBACH Campuses in Mexico. In 2019, A year prior to my onboarding, involvement and engagement, CCLAC signed a joint agreement with the COBACH Sonora College Prep system to implement the first pilot of their (Centro Intergeneracional de Formación Reciproca CIFR's) is the translation of (Generations Communication Centers™ operate under the Creative Communications Learning Advisory Council CCLAC) in the internal library of the Nogales Sonora Campus.

This is a significant development for both United States base students & COBACH Nogales College Preparatory School, as it provides the students in Sonora, MX that participate, with access to a new generation of communication and learning tools. The CIFR's has allow student participants to collaborate with each other and internationally along with our team in Pima County as experts trainers, training digital literacy internationally exchanging knowledge on projects and assignments. Together we have explored the access to a wide range of educational resources, including online courses, tutorials, and simulations using the Incubator.org software. This helps us know the challenges and know, that in order to continue to sustain this project, our program needs funding.

The implementation of the CIFR's at the COBACH Nogales College Preparatory School is a testament to the school's commitment to providing its students with the best possible education, and as a border-town State the agreement is to also provide the best possible education for our own students in our communities exposing the potential of our cultures and the digital divide. It is also a sign of the growing importance of digital technology in education. With the understanding that we are able to move toward global collaboration to support one another as programs continue and we can triage barriers finding the solutions to work together.

I am excited to see how the CIFR's agreement from 2019 impacts the teaching and learning for all of our students participants in Pima County and at the COBACH Nogales College Preparatory School. I believe that we have the potential to revolutionize the way that students learn and prepare for college and careers. At the local and national level with organizations like ours, that work effortlessly for the results with little to no funds to cover the overhead cost or even salary wages of all the professional advisors involved.

So I am here to ask that if you feel you need more information contact us by requesting here: https://incubator.org/community/registerinvite and if you know and see the efforts, provide a donation or contribution to our cause here: https://incubator.org/donations
