Who Has This Problem?

In the article What Do You Already Know?, you listed things you already know.

Now we take the next step:

Who actually needs this?

Knowledge becomes valuable when it helps someone solve a problem.

Don’t try to be perfect here. Just think about real people.

  3. What mistakes do they usually make? (What do they get wrong, skip, or misunderstand?)
  4. What would help them quickly? (What small thing could make this easier right away?)
