You already know things that other people struggle with.
This step helps you recognize that and start using it.
Don’t overthink this.
Just answer the questions below.
The Exercise: Answer these 4 questions
- What do you already know from your work or experience? (This could be anything, jobs, roles, responsibilities, or things you’ve learned over time.)
- What do people ask you for help with? (Friends, coworkers, family, what do they come to you for?)
- What tools, apps, or systems do you know how to use? (Examples: WhatsApp, Excel, Canva, social media, machines, processes, etc.)
- What problems have you solved in your life or work? (Things that were difficult at first, but you figured out.)
If something feels “too simple,” that’s a good sign! Simple for you is valuable for someone else.

Example 2 (non-technical / community):
- I know: how to help family members with daily tasks
- People ask me about: how to fill out forms or find information
- I use: WhatsApp, Google, and basic apps
- I’ve solved: helping others understand things step by step
Example 3 (practical / work or informal skills):
- I know: how to prepare food or organize small events
- People ask me about: how I plan things or make it easier
- I use: simple tools, lists, and messages
- I’ve solved: making something complicated feel simple
Next step:
👉 Who Has This Problem?
What I Already Know!
1. Work / experience: I work across digital platforms, websites, and community systems... helping organize tools, content, and workflows so people can actually use them.2. What people ask me for help with: Usually how to set things up, fix something that’s not working, or understand how different tools connect together.
3. Tools I use: Joomla, WordPress, Google Workspace, AI tools, forms, CRM systems, and a lot of experimentation with workflows.
4. Problems I’ve solved: Helping turn scattered ideas into structured systems — especially when things feel confusing or overwhelming at the start.
Some of this feels basic to me, but I can see how it might be useful for others.
