1.)Which of these intelligences do you identify with the most? I believe I identify with most of these as I believe most of us probably due to some extent—however, there is one that stands out the most for me which makes sense for the career choice that I have chosen. Can you guess?

2.) How do you express it in your daily life, work, or learning?
Hi journal and meditate often throughout my day with video& writing in my journal as well as creating prompts for my clients.

I’ve used day one, but I chose a different journaling app now called Journal.

I absolutely love articles like this — they can give meaning to words that help give new life and minimize interpretation in order to create a better understanding to the masses.

I myself do the same with my clients when a word like communication can have several meanings- it matters.
What type of communication -verbal, non-verbal, or technical. What does it mean to communicate?
What is the best way to communicate?
How do you know that that’s the best way to communicate?
What makes this true for you?
I have found that the more descriptive we can be to help others understand us better it can minimize conflicts and improve relationships to self, others, and our environment. I know that many of us are busy and don’t always have time to sit and listen to another talk about the one word. However, it could help us understand what the other means by the words coming out of their mouth.
Sometimes less words are better, but when you’re trying to build relationships, understanding the words that are being used and the way that we are choosing to communicate is helpful.
We can choose to rephrase, draw, or even share an example… for example: I believe communication is a desire to share an experience like when a child discovers something for the first time and uses tone, body, and words.
