MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)

0.0/5 rating (0 votes)

The MBTI is a personality assessment tool based on Carl Jung’s psychological types.

It evaluates individual preferences across four dichotomies—Introversion vs. Extraversion, Sensing vs. Intuition, Thinking vs. Feeling, and Judging vs. Perceiving—to generate one of 16 personality types (e.g., INFP, ESTJ).

The MBTI is used in career development, team building, leadership coaching, and conflict resolution.

By helping people understand their own interpersonal tendencies, it enhances communication, empathy, and collaboration.

While it’s not diagnostic, its self-reflective approach is valuable for building interpersonal intelligence and fostering emotional insight in group settings.
