20 minute silent group meditation
- For almost 20 years I have been an avid meditator practicing in the Tibetan and Thai Buddhist traditions. Meditation is a phenomenal vehicle to develop self-discipline which has far reaching significant positive benefits the more it is practiced. I am an advocate for developing self-discipline and for investigating one's own psychology; meditation is the best tool for this. I have read too many books to count, have attended workshops and numerous retreats so can humbly say with confidence that I am fairly experienced and love sharing what I have learned.
